I received a speeding ticket outside of Wilmington, NC while driving back home to Northern, VA. I was caught doing 81 in a 55, which in VA is an automatic reckless driving ticket and 6 points on your drivers licences. Within 2 days of receiving my speeding ticket, I was bombarded with mail from different law firms from NC. I made a few phone calls to the first few letters from different law firms and never received calls back from those firms. Whitley Coleman, PLLC was the 3rd law firm I called and they were the first to call me back. I received a call back from Whitley Coleman within an hour from leaving a message for them. During my phone conversation with John Coleman he went over NC laws and what I could be looking at regarding my speeding ticket. John said they would probably get my speeding dropped from 26 miles of the speed limit down to 9 miles over the speed limit. We also talked about what their service fees would be, which included court cost. The total fees came out to be $335, which was great because it would have cost me more money to take off work and get a hotel room. Choosing Whitley Coleman was a great choice because they informed me of everything I needed to know and it was a one time fee. I didn't have to do anything after that. They took care of everything for me. I didn't even have to show up for court. At the end, Whitley Coleman emailed with the results of my court case for speeding to let me know that everything has been taken care of and they were able to drop my speeding ticket down to 9 miles an hour over the speed limit, like they said they could.

The short story is I got a dumb ticket. Totally my fault. I know better. I did receive letters in the mail from attorney offices wishing to represent me. I opened them all and I responded to Whitney Coleman. I think I just liked their letter the best. I had no affiliation with their offices. I made a phone call and they described how they would represent me and the costs. It was simple and straightforward which is what I like. I hired Ms. Whitley to help me , after speaking with many Attorneys. Her price was reasonable and her knowledge of what could be done with my case was just awesome. She made no promises but was able to obtain what was in the best interest of me. Everytime I called her office I may have not spoke with her but her staff was aware of my case and able to answer my questions. What they couldn't answer they always got the answer and called me back within a reasonable time. Before my case was resolved, I had recommended four friends to her, three of them hired her, the other went with someone else and hasn't had any contact with that attorney since they paid him $1500.
